following the different communications, some of which can be

You are working with a large food manufacturing business, product recalls
are amongst the worst thing to happen to a food manufacturing
company, holding large reputational and economic risk.
When these happens, they often see that there were indications of a
problem in the communications leading up to the recall, but that these
indications are not identified or analyzed at the time. If they were then a
product recall could potentially be avoided, or enacted faster
