Despite the decolonization that took place in Africa and Asia more than half a century
ago and the end of the Soviet Union in 1991, the Western world has continued to
apply a unipolar imperialistic and neocolonial conception to international politics.
And this happened mainly thanks to the Anglosphere and its complex system of
subjugation of the United Nations and their Agencies, (such as IMF, World Bank,
WHO, UNESCO, UNHCR, etcetera) but also thanks to France, which until now has
controlled Central Western Africa through the CFA franc.
Gaddafi had tried to overcome this order by implementing an African monetary
system based on Libyan gold reserves and for this reason he was neutralized and
killed by a Western coalition which under various false and demagogic pretexts

3. attacked him in 2011, and sabotaged Gaddafi Pan-African democratic monetary
project , among other projects.
Personally I observe that, despite the hypocritical and falsely progressive and
egalitarian dominant rhetoric in the mainstream, derived from the French Revolution,
and revived after the end of the WWII, curiously the Western world shows that it has
implemented, on an international scale, a sort of hierarchical caste system this time
among States which are considered as belonging to different ranks, somewhat
analogous to what happens in the traditional Hindu national system, widespread in
India before independence, which ordered individuals into four or five different
castes. Hierarchically ordered into corresponding levels of different rank.
The caste system in India is a mechanism of hierarchies at the level of social
stratification of a strictly hereditary nature. This thousand-year-old system, despite
being officially abolished in 1947, almost totally influences the division of labor, the
balance of power, the transfer of goods and is based on very ancient religious

4. foundations deeply rooted in the Hindu religion.
In Hinduism the soul, in its continuous reincarnation (saṃsāra), tends to gradually
become more or less pure based on the virtue demonstrated in life. For example, being
born a member of a lower caste means, according to this system, having lived your
previous life as a sinner. Being born in the Brahman caste, the highest in the
hierarchy, indicates that your soul is pure and, if you live a virtuous life you can reach
nirvana and break the cycle of death and rebirth. Otherwise your next life will be that
of a member belonging to a lower caste.
The concept of caste can be analyzed under two different approaches:
Idealist interpretation: Caste is a product of religious ideals (as seen above). This
interpretation attributes a universal vision as an explanation of social problems.
Materialist interpretation: Caste is a rationalization, an obfuscation of a more basic
inequality. Higher castes are wealthier than lower castes. Consequently, the idea of
purity must be seen simply as legitimizing the true nature of social differences
Men and their roles in society are described by the four varnas, large categories into
which society is hierarchically divided:
Brahmans:
priests and intellectuals, those who know the sacred texts and can perform spiritual
and ritual functions. Their color is white, associated with light and purity.
Kshatriya:
warriors and nobles, those who rule and protect other men. Their color is red,
associated with blood and fire.
Vaishya:
merchants and artisans, those whose trades are due to production, trade and industry.
They are identified by their yellow-bronze colour.
Shudra:

5. servants, those who use physical force in their professional occupations and are below
the other three groups. They are identified by the color black.
Finally come the
Dalits, or “untouchables”,
who are outside the caste system and carry out jobs considered impure.
I will not linger any longer in the description of the Hindu caste system which in India
discriminated against individuals in a classist sense but this preamble was necessary
to introduce the understanding of an analogue system in force today in the West not
only for individuals and peoples but also for states themselves.
This analogy is very curious and paradoxical because in theory Western political
philosophy, being of Enlightenment, rationalist, egalitarian, liberal and immanent
derivation, would be apparently precisely the antithesis of Hindu philosophy.
However, Protestant Christian culture it is dominant in American culture which
established itself as the dominant Western culture after the Second World War and
the Americanization of the World.
With the Puritan (We the People…) doctrine of Grace as the fruit of personal ethical
commitment at the individual level, the Puritans emphasized that each person would
need to be continually reformed by God’s grace to fight against the sin inherent in
man and do what is right before God.

6. A humble and obedient life would be suitable for every Christian.
A relationship has been identified between the Puritanism of the original settlers and
the birth of the political philosophy that developed in US democracy.
Moreover, Puritanism had a strong impact on North American culture above all due
to the influence it exerted on Ralph Waldo Emerson, who has been defined as the
father of American thought: his distancing from the aesthetics prevalent in English
culture had lasting consequences on literature American.
Indeed, even in the 16th century the Puritans in colonial America were the most
radical Puritans, and their social experiments took the form of Calvinist theocracies;
Early English Puritanism, in fact, expressed moral views and ascetic tendencies that
were no more extreme than those of many other Protestant reformers of their time,
and that were relatively tolerant of other beliefs – at least in England.

7. And even if today Puritanism, as an autonomous religious faith, no longer exists.
Only its ramifications and their related currents remain, which are Presbyterianism,
Congregationalism, Baptistism, Quakerism and Shakers.
It is his cultural imprint that has permeated the political philosophy of the United
States which is still in force today.
And so similarly to the fact that in Hinduism the soul, in its continuous reincarnation
(saṃsāra) tends to gradually become more or less pure based on the virtue
demonstrated in life, states and their peoples too through their progressive path after
the monarchic/dictatorial tyranny that keeps its subjects in a condition of almost
slavery, according to this vulgate of American/puritan derivation they are supposed
to tend towards democracy and freedom.
And their position in this path of ascent from the bottom of tyranny to freedom and
democracy establishes the state caste to which they belong.
In the religious belief a process of progressive political evolution, which is never
questioned. we should ask these believers how Germany one century ago was able to
move from the Weimar Republic to Hitler’s Third Reich, for example.
But I guess I can already imagine the answer: those Germans, one century ago, had
not completed the act of emancipation represented by the American Revolution.
As well as this International Caste State system influences the international division
of labor, the international balance of power, the international import/export transfer
of goods.

8. International caste state system in its hierarchical order:
Israel
It is at the top of the pyramid not only for rational but also mystical, esoteric and
Masonic reasons.
Israel is always right. It enjoys unique and exclusive privileges.
It is an unrecognized and uncontrolled nuclear power. The only one in the World.
It can carry out a State massacre in 2023/24 like a genocide against the indigenous
inhabitants of his territory with impunity for months, killing tens of thousands of
innocent people without any State or the United Nations holding him to account.
USA and the People’s Republic of China

9. The eternal law of the strongest. The first is the current one, the second is its future
successor.
UK, France and Persian Gulf monarchies
The wealthy ones. The first is linked by a special alliance with the United States and
Israel. It is also at the top of the Masonic pyramid.
UK and France are former imperial and colonial powers. France still maintains
control over the Central/Western African powers through the CFA Franc.
The monarchies of the Persian Gulf are major oil producers and holders of large
sovereign wealth funds.
NATO Countries and Australia
They are the servants/vassals of the strongest
Russia and the Rest of the World
They are the international ”untouchables” in western mainstream political perception
which are discriminated against and sanctioned in all ways when they dare to oppose
some State belonging to the three upper castes, because they are arbitrarily often
considered not democratic neither liberal. And/or for some other reason considered
”inferior”, often for low income or simply because misaligned with the Western
political order like the BRICS.
In a narrow minded Western vision of the Rest of the World culturally or
economically discriminatory in the racist or class sense.
Russia, however, enjoys some privileges by virtue of its objectively intimidating
power of military and technological potential..
Obviously even the individual and collective economic material wealth of an
individual, a group or a State contributes to determining its placement in an
worldwide State or person Caste System of Anglo-American Protestant origin.
Where not just spiritual condition but also wealth is seen as a sign of God’s grace.
