As Salesforce has continued and expanded its agile journey the ADM Team (Agile coaches) is crafting the next wave of Agility. No longer prescribed to following most popular frameworks mechanically, The Salesforce team is working on deepening the understanding of the frameworks that are being currently used as well as investigating new systems that adhere to the Agile values. Using Integral Agile as a way to think about large-scale systemic changes, creating sensing tools and instruments to determine the change readiness for a team, cloud, or a super cloud.
This experience report will show the cutting edge experiments and directions that a large enterprise is using to deliver value and delight customers. Using Lean Startup methodology, the latest training techniques and Systems thinking we hope to spark ideas for change agents in large enterprises. The final output of this session is to have something tangible for each participant to bring to their system of choice.
