2.  Tense คือรูปแบบ(หรือโครงสร้าง)ของกริยา ที่แสดงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง
การกระทากับเวลาเพื่อบอกให้รู้ว่าเหตุการณ์นัน้ๆเกิดขึน้หรือยัง หรือกาลังเกิดขึน้
หรือจะเกิดขึน้ในอนาคต

3. She goes to school
everyday.
He went to school
yesterday.

4. tense ในภาษาอังกฤษนี้จะแบ่ง ออกเป็น 3 tense ใหญ่ๆคือ
1. Present tense ปัจจุบัน
2. Past tense อดีตกาล
3. Future tense อนาคตกาล
ในแต่ละ tense ยังแยกย่อยได้tense ละ 4 คือ
1 . Simple tense ธรรมดา(ง่ายๆตรงๆไม่ซับซ้อน).
2. Continuous tense กา ลังกระทา อยู่(กา ลังเกิดอยู่)
3. Perfect tense สมบูรณ์(ทา เรียบร้อยแล้ว).
4. Perfect continuous tense สมบูรณ์กา ลังกระทา (ทา เรียบร้อยแล้วและกา ลัง
ดา เนินอยู่ด้วย).

5.  ใช้เพื่อบอกความจริงที่เกิดขึ้นในปัจจุบัน หรือเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นเป็นประจา ทุกวัน
 Present Simple Tense (Tense ปัจจุบันธรรมดา)+ V1 (ประธานเอกพจน์ กริยาเติม s,es)
ประธาน + กริยาช่องที่ 1 (ถ้าประธานเป็นเอกพจน์ กริยาต้องเติม s หรือ es แล้วแต่กรณี)
S + กริยาช่วย + V1
ประธาน + กริยาช่วย + กริยาช่องที่ 1 (ไม่ต้องเติม s ทุกกรณี)
กริยาช่วยที่ใช้บ่อยคือ can, should, must

6. Example 1.1
Is he a doctor?
Yes, he is a doctor.
No, he isn’t a doctor .

7.  ใช้เพื่อบอกเล่าถึงสงิ่ที่กาลังทาอยู่ ณ ขณะที่พูด และใช้บอกการกระทาที่ทาอย่าง
ต่อเนื่องในช่วงเวลานี้(ปีนี,้ เดือนนี)้ หรือบอกสงิ่ที่กาลังจะเกิดขึน้เรว ๆ นีก้วดด้
โครงสร้างไวยากรณ์: S + is, am, are + V .ing
I am eating
He, She, It, A cat is eating
You, We, They,
Cats are eating

8. Example 1.2
What are you doing?
I am reading the book.
I am not reading the book.

9.  ใช้เพื่อบอกเล่าถึงเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึน้ในอดีต ต่อเนื่องมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน และจะใช้
since, for ร่วมด้วยเสมอ หรือบอกเล่าถึงสิ่งที่เพิ่งจะจบลงหมาด ๆ
โครงสร้างไวยากรณ์: S + have, has +V3
He, She, It, A cat has eaten
I, You, We, They,
Cats have eaten

10. Example 1.3
Have l a book?
Yes , you have a book.
No , you have not a
book.

11.  ใช้เพื่อบอกเล่าถึงเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึน้ในอดีต ต่อเนื่องมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน และเน้นว่าจะ
ทาต่อดปในอนาคตด้วย เรียกว่ามีหลักการใช้เหมือนกับ Present Perfect
Tense เพียงแต่เน้นถึงความต่อเนื่องและเน้นว่าจะทาต่อดปเท่านัน้เอง
โครงสร้างดวยากรณ์: S + have/has been + V.ing

Has Tom been living in
Thailand since 2000?
Tom has been living in
Thailand since 2000.
Tom has not been living in
Thailand since 2000.

17.  ใช้เพื่อบอกความจริงที่เกิดขึน้ในอดีต และตอนนีทุ้กอย่างกวดด้จบลงแล้ว
โครงสร้างไวยากรณ์
Past Simple Tense (Tense อดีตธรรมดา) Past Simple Tense
: Subject + Verb 2 Subject + did + not + Verb 1
( + 2) ( + did + not + 1)

19.  ใช้เพื่อบอกเล่าถึงสิ่งที่กา ลังเกิดขึ้นในช่วงเวลาหนึ่งในอดีต หรือบอกเหตุการณ์หนึ่งใน
อดีตที่กา ลังดา เนินอยู่ ก่อนที่อีกเหตุการณ์จะเกิดขึ้น
โครงสร้างไวยากรณ์: S + was, were + V.ing

21.  หรือใช้เพื่อบอกเล่าเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นไม่พร้อมกันในอดีต โดยจะใช้ Past Perfect Tense กับ
เหตุการณ์ที่เกิดก่อนเสมอ ส่วนเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นทีหลังใช้ Past Simple Tense
โครงสร้างไวยากรณ์: S + had +V3
I, He, She, It, A cat,
You, We, They, Cats
had gone

Had he studied English before he moved to England?
He had studied English before he moved to England.
He hadn’t studied English before he moved to England.

23.  Past Perfect Continuous Tense ใช้เพื่อบอกเล่าถึงเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องในช่วงเวลา
หนึ่งในอดีต และได้สิ้นสุดลงแล้ว เรียกว่ามีหลักการใช้เหมือนกับ Past Perfect Tense เพียงแต่
เน้นถึงความต่อเนื่องชัดเจนขึ้น
โครงสร้างไวยากรณ์: S + had been + V .ng

had been waiting

25.  ใช้เพื่อบอกความตั้งใจ หรือเหตุการณ์ที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต
โครงสร้างไวยากรณ์: S + will, shall + V1

27.  ใช้เพื่อบอกเล่าถึงสิ่งที่กา ลังเกิดขึ้นอย่างแน่นอนในช่วงเวลาหนึ่งในอนาคต และใช้กับ
เหตุการณ์หนึ่งในอนาคตที่จะเกิดขึ้น ก่อนที่อีกหนึ่งเหตุการณ์จะเกิดตามมา
โครงสร้างไวยากรณ์: S + will be + V.ing
I, You, He, She, It, We, They will be reading

Will you be watching TV
tomorrow morning?

29.  ใช้เพื่อบอกเล่าถึงเหตุการณ์ที่คาดว่าจะสิ้นสุดลงในช่วงเวลาหนึ่งในอนาคต หรือใช้กับเหตุการณ์
หนึ่งที่คาดว่าจะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต ก่อนที่อีกเหตุการณ์หนึ่งจะเกิดขึ้นตามมา
โครงสร้างไวยากรณ์: S + will + have + V3
I, You, He, She, It, We, They will have eaten

30. Example 3.3
Will you have eaten rice
when I arrive?
I will have eaten rice when you
arrive.
I will not have eaten rice when
you arrive.

31.  ใช้เพื่อบอกเล่าถึงเหตุการณ์ที่จะเกิดขึ้นในช่วงเวลาหนึ่งในอนาคต และก็จะดา เนินต่อไปอีก
หลังจากนั้น หรือใช้เหมือนกับ Future Perfect Tense แต่เน้นความต่อเนื่องของการกระทา หนึ่ง
ในอนาคต
 โครงสร้างไวยากรณ์: S + will/shall + have been + V.ing
I, You, He, She, It, We, They will have been eating

Will you have been waiting
for me for two hours when
I arrive?
I will have been eating rice for 30
minutes when you arrive.
I won’t have been waiting for you for
3 hours when you arrive.
