I am an end-to-end solution architect and innovator in radio network technologies in CDMA, WCDMA, WiMAX, and LTE, over which I invented key aspects of Air Interface standards including 18 standard essential patents which are used worldwide out of 141 US patents. Especially I pioneered standards and enabling technology development for WiMAX and LTE such as OFDM, MIMO, MU-MIMO, Smart Antenna, Modem, MAC Scheduler, Self-Organizing Networks, interference coordination for cloud RAN, and voice over LTE/Youtube/Web Quality of Experience (QoE) analytics and QoE-based RAN/Core intelligent congestion mitigation.
