2. Examples Of Magazine front Cover
Templates
Here is a template I found on the internet
that I like the layout of. I would be using
this layout for my front cover. My market
research has clearly shown that having one
main image that fits the page is affective
as it looks professional and not cover
crowded. My masthead will be at the top
of my magazine with brief small boxes of
text beneath on both sides of the page.
The only thing that this template does not
include is the barcode. I will be putting
the barcode at the bottom of my page
probably on the right hand side- but when
I construct the magazine I could possibly
move it if it doesn’t look right.
3. Examples Of Magazine contents page
templates
Here is a picture of the contents page from the music
magazine Although this is not a template as such I really
like the way everything is laid out, and for that reason I
will be adapting this layout into my own contents page.
I like the idea of having a large image in the corner of
the page with writing alongside, and beneath it. I feel
like this layout doesn’t bombard readers with too much
information.
4. Examples Of Magazine double Page
Spread templates
I really like this template for my
double page spread. I will be using
a large image of my model on the
right-hand side with a small quote
at the bottom. Approx. 2/3 of my
left hand page will be the interview
with ‘Niamh’ and the remaining 3rd
will include the heading, artists
name and a sentence introducing
the article- maybe a quote.
