A talk given at UXCamp Europe 2014. How should UX professionals approach accessibility on the web? My message is that the focus on guidelines and technical demands is neither motivating, nor is it the best sollution. Designers should de what they do best: design. To do that they need to understand the needs of users, and the tools they use. Universal design is the place to start.
