I am the Coordinator for the Illinois Digital Environment for Access to Learning and Scholarship (IDEALS), the set of services and collections that support scholarly communication services at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (see http://www.ideals.illinois.edu/). I am also the Co-Coordinator for the Scholarly Commons (http://www.library.illinois.edu/sc/), a space of interrelated services that support scholarly work. I am responsible for working with faculty, students, and researchers on a range of scholarly communication issues including author rights, open access, and data curation.
