EvrazHolding. 2012
Goal – launch on the Russia and CIS markets a line of
EVRAZ branded cleats by the Czech producer EVRAZ
Vitcovice Steel.
Task – sell 20,000 tonnes.
Results:
1. The product replaced its competitors (DMKD – Ukraine, Arcelormittal, Thyssen Krupp), while preserving the share of EVRAZ NTMK
(Russia) cleats.
2. I implemented a new sales channel – through engineering/design organisations.
3. Achieved sales and profitability KPIs: turnover – 20,000 tonnes and $28 million per year,
stock balance turnover – 30 days.

3. Full production capacity utilization (500,000 tonnes) with high margin products.
Implemented a 5-year development strategy for railway products.
Including export to Europe, Middle East and NAFTA countries.
Formed a budget for the development and launching of new
products.
Coordinated the process of development and launching of new
products, observing deadlines, and certification.
Formed and implemented marketing strategies for promoting a new
