Goal – launch on the Russia and CIS markets a line of
EVRAZ branded cleats by the Czech producer EVRAZ
Vitcovice Steel.
Task – sell 20,000 tonnes.

1. The product replaced its competitors (DMKD – Ukraine, Arcelormittal, Thyssen Krupp), while preserving the share of EVRAZ NTMK
(Russia) cleats.
