ALIGNING WITH THE UNIVERSE
By setting intentions to connect your heart to the
Earth and the Sun, you align your energy field with
the rhythms of the Universe. This connection
enhances smoothing out of any distortions in the
vibrations of your energy field created by your ego
and mind. That is why we begin this meditation with
this process. When you connect your heart to the
Sun in our solar system, you are also connecting to
our galactic Sun, even though it is not mentioned in
the meditation. Optionally, you can intend to connect
your heart both to the Sun in our solar system as
well as the galactic Sun in the center of our galaxy.

SENDING LOVE
The “engine” for this series of meditations is the simple, but powerful, process of “sending love.” That is why
this series is called the “Healing Heart Meditations.” I first discovered this process in the works of the author
Klaus Joehle, and then later encountered a number of similar and enhanced processes, techniques and
meditations, which involve opening the heart and sending love. Even though I was skeptical of the simplicity of
the process, I tried it anyways and was blown away by its results. When you send love to people, situations, and
other objects, wonderful things happen. Your vibration rises and the overall sense of well-being intensifies. Your
emotions, programmed reactions and attitudes change in regard to what and whom you are sending love to. You
become more accepting, forgiving, nurturing, and loving. Moreover, it seems as if the world also changes around
you: difficult people either disappear or make peace with you, challenges get resolved, you gain more confidence
and motivation to pursue your goals, more pleasant coincidences start happening, etc.

The magic of the

“Sending Love” process is well described in the books by Klaus Joehle “Living on Love: The Messenger” and
“Living on Love: The Rest of the Story”. In his books, Klaus talks about how sending love saved and improved his
life. A dear friend of mine revealed to me that this process saved her from a suicide and addiction and helped her
build a successful business and healthy life within 2 months.
In this meditation, you will be using the process of “sending love,” enhanced by a few other spiritual practices,
to raise your vibration, and release any conscious or unconscious negative beliefs towards financial abundance and
well-being.

PINK ROSE LIGHT
In addition to the “sending love” process, we add a
visualization of pink light in this meditation. Just like any
wave, pink light has a specific frequency. In the energyhealing arts like Reiki and among most channellers, Pink
Rose Light, also known as Pink Ray, carries the qualities
of acceptance, healing, compassion, nurturing, and
support.
By sending pink light along with the intentions of
unconditional love to beings, situations, beliefs or
thoughts, you melt away your negative programming and
invoke healing and forgiveness from the Universe.
In this meditation, you will be sending pink light to all
forms of consciousness as well as money-related
concepts and institutions, and thus dissolving your
possible unconscious negative relationship with them.

ATTACHMENTS AND AVERSIONS
The reason some of you experience a lack of abundance in your life is your core
negative beliefs about money and abundance. The reality around you is a
reflection of your beliefs and your expectations about the world and yourself.
Some of these beliefs are conscious and some of them are subconscious. In other
words, you may not be consciously aware you have certain beliefs that limit your
abundance and inflow of money, but you may see their manifestation in your
reality - through your circumstances, behavioral patterns, and emotions.
Conscious or unconscious, these limiting beliefs can be transformed with this
meditation.
Limiting beliefs about financial abundance can be divided into attachments and
aversions to money. They are sort of subconscious programs that automatically
create negative emotional and behavioral reactions in you whenever you either

desire or deject money. For example, you may feel anxiety and irritation when
you have to spend money or pay large sums of money. Or you may sabotage
building your wealth because subconsciously you believe that rich people are not
good people. Therefore, you remain poor. Or you may feel jealous and angry,
when you see somebody else having what you cannot afford. Or you may feel
guilty, if you happen to get a large sum of money without working for it. You may
not even remember why you act or feel a certain way, you just do it - these
reactions have become automatic - or unconscious.

THE RELEASE TECHNIQUE
I found the subject of attachments and aversions to financial
abundance explained best in “The Abundance Book” by a great
American mystic and author Lester Levenson and his student and
co-author Lawrence Crane. They created a system called The
Release Technique, which allows one to free oneself from these
attachments and aversions.
This meditation produces the same effect. It helps in
transforming your negative beliefs about money and abundance
into supporting ones.
So, whenever you become aware of such behavior or thought
pattern, you can specifically bring them up during this meditation
to transform them. Just visualize your behavior, for example,
paying a large bill, and send love and pink light to its visualization.
Often, we bring some of our limiting “programs” from previous
or parallel lives and carry them into the future. In this meditation,
we address this by sending love to all spatial and temporal
dimensions where you consciousness may be operating.

TRANSFORMATIONAL HEART
They say that forgiveness happens in the heart, not in the mind. If you think
about it, it is usually hard, if not possible, to convince yourself to forgive
somebody through logic. Because when you try to rationalize forgiving, your mind
will come up with thousands of reasons not to do it. True forgiveness happens
when the mind is not involved.
The latest scientific studies of the HeartMath Institute have shown that the
heart has its own consciousness separate from that of the brain, and that the
heart is more than just a “pump.” It creates 60 times more powerful
electromagnetic field than the brain. It is proposed that the heart can also affect
the brain functions. And, in cooperation with the brain, it communicates to and

commands all the cells of the body through its field. The smoother and more
coherent the electromagnetic pulse the heart creates, the healthier a person feels
physically, mentally, and emotionally.
In this meditation, you will be using the transformational power of the heart to
change your attitudes towards abundance and well-being. If you have any
conscious or unconscious grudges or limiting beliefs against money or abundance,
this meditation will help you melt them away with the power of the heart.

THE LAW OF ATTRACTION
The Law of Attraction states that the higher you keep your
emotional vibration throughout the day, the better thoughts
and expectations you hold in your mind, and the better
circumstances and outcomes you attract in your life.

Or in

other words, the things we think about while we are feeling
good, tend to manifest and happen faster. More information
about the Law of Attraction is covered

in the books by

Esther and Jerry Hicks through the channelled entity
Abraham. And I highly recommend these books. One of them
“Aks and It is Given: Learning to Manifest Your Desires” has
been my “Bible” for a long time, I would read and listen over
and over to it. Another good source of information on the
Law of Attraction is the book and the movie “The Secret”.
This meditation will quickly raise your vibration to the
level of unconditional love and acceptance, if you simply
follow its instructions. At this level of vibration, any thoughts
and images held in your mind will manifest faster. Therefore,
make sure to hold images of abundance and well-being,
when instructed in this meditation.

HO’OPONOPONO
Ho’oponopono - The Ancient Hawaiian Forgiveness Ritual
The ancient hawaiian forgiveness ritual Ho’oponopono includes: atonement,
forgiveness, sending love and gratitude.
This meditation operates on the main principle of Ho’oponopono: you are
responsible for everything that happens in your life, even when you are just a
witness to it. For example, if you are driving by a car accident, you are responsible
for it, too, because you have become a witness to it. Therefore, according to
Ho’oponopono, you have an opportunity and obligation to release the unconscious
program in you that attracted such an event. In Ho’oponopono, you use a special 4verse prayer or mantra, which invokes the cleansing of the memories (programs)
that attracted certain circumstances and people in your life. They are: “I am sorry.
Please, forgive me. Thank you. I love you.”
But you can achieve the same effect with this meditation, by sending love and
pink light to what needs transforming. When you send love to your challenges,
problems, difficult people, you are actually releasing your personal energetic
contribution that attracted them to you. However, if instead, you choose to run away
from them, push them away or judge them, they remain with you.

WORKING WITH ANGELS
Even if you do not believe in Guardian Angels,
Archangels, Teachers, Ascended Masters, or other
non-physical entities of higher consciousness, sending
love to them when instructed in the meditation, will
raise your vibration and deepen your release of
negative beliefs. Angels are always full of resources
and are ready to assist, but they have to be asked.
They can not violate the law of free will. In this
meditation you will communicate with them through
sending love and pink light.
I have only started working with higher
consciousness beings since the end of 2010, but I
have quickly noticed the improvements of doing so in
my life. If you are curious about angels, and ascended
masters, I highly recommend reading books by
Doreen Virtue, for example “The Angel Therapy
Handbook”.

Take a comfortable position, sitting or lying down
Take 3 deep breaths…without haste…at your own comfortable
pace
With each exhale, relaxing the muscles of your body, more
and more
Continue breathing normally, in a natural manner,
Focusing your attention on your heart
Feel the beat of your heart or the pulse…

If you cannot manage this at first, just pay attention to your heart
With your intention, send your heart love and tenderness,
It is similar to the feelings you experience when you hold in your arms a baby, puppy or a kitten
While sending love to your heart, also send pink light
With intention from your heart, send love down into the center of the Earth…
If you are lying down, imagine that the Earth is under your feet
The Earth responds. Feel its response or imagine it.
Feel tenderness, pleasure and gratitude for this connection to the Earth

MEDITATION
With you intention, direct love and pink light from your heart, up
through the top of your head into the center of the Sun…
If you are lying down, imagine that the Sun is above your head.
The Sun also responds. Feel its response in your heart or imagine it.
Feel tenderness, pleasure and gratitude for this connection with the
Sun.
Feel simultaneously the connections between the center of the Sun,
your heart and the center of the Earth, As if connected with a single
direct light channel, piercing through the vertical axis of your body.
Feel the tenderness, gratitude, pleasure and love, Emanating from the
mother Earth and the father Sun.
Bring back your attention to your heart…
It has now expanded, softened and is shining with soft pink light
from your heart, direct love to all single-cell organisms and
microorganisms on Earth: amoebas, bacteria, microbes, viruses, etc.
We are all parts of one consciousness and you are now sending love
to them without judgement and fear. You are accepting them as they
are fulfilling their purpose.

We are all parts of one consciousness and you are now sending love to them without judgement and fear. You
are accepting them as they are — fulfilling their purpose.
Send love and pink light to all plants, trees, and flowers on Earth: on land and under water.
Give your love and pink light to all insects, regardless of how scary or unpleasant they may seem - they are all
creations of the same consciousness as you are.
Send love and pink light to all animals on
Earth - on land, under water and in the sky,
especially those that you fear and disl’ike.
Send love and pink light to all people on the
whole planet Earth. To all people…all nations…
and all races. To children…and the elderly. To
people you know…and complete strangers.
Start with the family, relatives, friends and
loved ones, and then everyone who comes to
your mind.

MEDITATION
No need to remember everyone. Trust that it is enough to
focus your attention on those, who spontaneously came
to your mind, the rest will also receive your love and
gratitude automatically, thanks to your intention.
Send love and pink light to those, who hurt, upset or
harmed you. To those, who you dislike or about whom
you feel other negative emotions. And also to those, who
you hurt, upset, harmed or caused other negative
emotions. Doing so, you are breaking a vicious circle of
aggression and violence, and help to release these
programs from the memory of the Earth and humanity.
Doing so, you liberate yourself and create support for the
liberation from the karmic ego-games.

MEDITATION
Send love and pink light to the moon.
And the rest of the planets of the Solar system.
Share your love, tenderness, and pink light with all of the stars
- visible and invisible.
Send love and the pink light from your heart into the center of
the Milky Way…into the center of the Universe.
Give your love to the space and omnipresent emptiness,
connecting all objects in the cosmos, body, cells and atoms, and
out of which we are made.

Send love and pink light like a wave in front of yourself…into infinity,
Behind yourself…into infinity, to the left of yourself…into infinity, to the right of yourself…into infinity, above…,
below… And in all directions at once…like a star… Dissolving yourself in this love and light…
Send love and light to other spatial and temporal dimensions…
Send love to your ancestors and higher beings - your angels, archangels, mentors, masters and teachers, as well
as other beings from all other dimensions...

Send love, tenderness, gratitude, and pink light into
your past, releasing and forgiving all your suffering,
worries, and pain.

Send love, tenderness, gratitude, and pink light into
your future, accepting and forgiving, all your suffering,
worries, fears and pain.

Finally, send love and gratitude to your present, to the
moment here and now, accepting and releasing all your
suffering, worries, fears and pain.

Being in this vibration, you can now send love and pink
light to any situations, people, or any problematic
aspects of your life, which spontaneously now appear in
your consciousness.

MEDITATION
Send love and pink light to money, liberating yourself from any negative
programs and attachment to it. Money is also energy, from which we
are made. However, most treat it differently. It is often associated with
the lack, fears and losses. Sending love to money, you are transforming
these programs. You can imagine stacks or piles of bills of any desired
currency. Or imagine large numbers in your bank account. Send love to
all financial institutions, banks, exchanges, or other institutions
supporting money flows. Send love to your government and all
governments in the world.
Now imagine, and most importantly, feel, that you do not need to think about money at all. You are in abundance;
wealth and well-being come easily and effortlessly to you. You are doing what you love. You feel easy and joyful,
and you are full of love and inspiration. You attract kind and happy people, who love, respect and always inspire
and support you. You do not NEED to do anything. You only do, what you want and enjoy. You feel that you will
always know what is necessary to do, and listen to your intuition. You feel confident. You cannot make a mistake.
You are EVERYTHING, therefore there is nothing to fear. The Universe always supports and loves you. You are
dancing with the Universe. Any desire arising in you reflects the desire of the Universe, therefore, you cannot make
a mistake. Any mistake is only a step to self-knowledge, personal growth, and adjustment of the trajectory towards
the fulfillment of your desire.

MEDITATION
Return your attention back to your body. Into the here and now moment. The state of well-being and
abundance will remain with you when you return to the wakeful state. Whenever it is comfortable for you,
