the date/time

How to download your Facebook Live Video from Facebook

  2. 2. Find your video in the timeline and click on the date/time
  3. 3. This box will pop up and you will want to click on “Options” at the bottom”
  4. 4. You can now select HD (high definition 1080P) or SD. Keep in mind the options you see here are available for Business Pages. Profiles do not have the same options.
