Dr. Sterling M. Plata is an assessment reform advocate who helps teachers, administrators, and educational institutions to evaluate their assessment practices and to develop essential tools and processes that will deeply impact on student learning. She is also an advocate of personal transformation and career reinvention. She is a member of the International Language Testing Association and an individual affiliate of Language Testers in Europe. She is the author of the book "Opening New Doors: A Toolkit and Planner for a Brilliant Life and Career."
