10. OUR PATENTED PROCESS
Four weeks before launch, we schedule a 30-minute strategy call with
you and your team so that we can formulate the right strategy
specifically for your app. Not all app launches are created equal, so
we brainstorm the most creative way to maximize your exposure.
STEP 1
Three weeks before launch, we start creating the press list and crafting
the right story angle for your app. Depending on your package, we
also start working on your App Store Optimization report and creating
your press kit.
STEP 2

Two weeks before launch, we start testing the subject lines of the pitch
email to smaller publications. The winning subject line is what we use to
approach the bigger publications.

One week before launch, we approach the big publications with the
winning subject line. We also approach the reporters that we have a
relationship with to let them know about your upcoming app release.
STEP 4
12. OUR PATENTED PROCESS
Three days before launch, we follow up with those who have opened
or responded to our initial email. We track all our email sends so you
know what story angle is resonating with the press.
STEP 5
We send one last email to let all the reporters know that the app is live
and ready for their review. Depending on your package we also run
campaigns to get you early unbiased App Store reviews.
STEP 6
13. OUR PATENTED PROCESS
Following the launch of your app, we monitor blog mentions and also
approach publications that write weekly round-ups (such as iMore,
Mashable, tech.co, etc).
STEP 7
Within 10 days, you will receive a full report along with all the blog
mentions. Through our connections with different publications, we
