Scale pitting issue increase in all parts. Major
rework in K15C, CA and in TNGA.
To control scale pitting , following action
has been taken in padding die air spray.
1. Extra air pressure at robot 3 finger.
2. Implementation of pressure gauge at
air and water inlet to record the
pressure flow.

In total chips rework maximum observed in
K15C at web 7, 8 & FOD because use of
welded ejector pin.- not followed the W.I.
