I really enjoy my work, specially with the challenges that give me the opportunity to share and learn from others. I like people and keeping a positive attitude, but realistic enough, to achieve goals. Anything is possible if work hard for it, this is my primary belief. Success is the result when you define well the objectives achieving being agile and consistent. When I have the privilege to lead my team I think I also have the obligation to maintain it motivated.
