If in 1 hour we produce 200 bags than:
200 bags X 4 Grams = 800 grams X 8 hrs=
6.40 kg
200 bags X 4 Grams = 800 grams X 12 hrs=
9.60 kg
200 bags X 4 Grams = 800 grams X 24 hrs=
19.20 kg

 Get 1 petri dish and weigh on Sensitive
scale.
 Start feeding on petri dish with stop watch
and weigh again after 1 minute and check
premix weight,
 If not accordingly than adjust feeding
intensity.
 Repeat this process 2-3 times for
authenticity of weight

 Take premix + Carrier = Than put it in the
Mixer and add to wheat flour through
Micro feeder.
 Add fine Atta as Carrier.
 This is called PRE-BLEND.
 Use 1:3 Ratio.
 First 5 kg Atta + 2.5 kg Premix + 5 kg Atta
+ 2.5 kg Premix Than Finally 5 kg Atta and
than mix it in Mixer for Proper Mixing.
 Than Use it according to plan.

 Than Again add Liquid to Filter Paper
 Red spots show iron in wheat flour
 Less red spots 10 ppm
 More red spots 20 ppm
 Do 4-5 spot tests from different samples at
1 time
