CASE STUDY
 
The case about a Graduate guy ,who want to buy a car for his personal & professional needs, as he works in a packaging plant for 30 hours per week. 
A guy was in the line to a next supervisor, and he need a car to transport boxes across the city and need a large trunk spaces in his vehicle. 
As he have two choices ,one is Honda CRV and another one is Red ford mustang convertible. 
Introduction
 
He took a test drive of both cars. 
As he likes Red ford mustang because of its color, status and looks. 
But later on he found that Red Ford mustang wouldn't match with his daily needs and it got less space as he compared it with Honda CRV. 
Now he is confuse while he go for Honda CRV or Ford mustang.
 
Choice between Honda CRV and Ford Mustang. 
Comparison between two product’s prices, gas consumption, insurance premium and functionality. 
 whether go for convenience or functionality.

Social Factors : reference groups 
Don, a sales guy in his company suggested him to buy Honda CRV. Moreover he always heard great things about Honda CRV from people 
Factors Affecting Buying Decision
 
Personal Factors : Age, occupation, personality and lifestyle. 
According to his occupation he worked in packaging industry, so he needs a vehicle that would be more convenient to done with his daily work.
 
Buying Behavior is the decision processes and acts of people involved in buying and using products. 
There are 3 things we need to understand about buying behaviour model are: 
why consumers make the purchases that they make? 
what factors influence consumer purchases? 
the changing factors in our society.

CRV v/s MUSTANG

 
Honda CRV would be a better car to buy. 
This car is under the student budget and gives functionality purpose and to an extent convenience as well. 
As far Ford is concerned is more of a car that is used for only personal purposes not for professional as a whole. 
solution
 
Student if choose to buy Ford then have to rent another car on daily basis for delivering boxes which is costly. 
Savings which student have and the circumstances Honda CRV is an appropriate car. 
To fulfil the desire of heart can be fulfilled later with more savings in Future.

