I am a UX Researcher & Designer with a post-master’s degree in User-System Interaction. My expertise is research and evaluation methods and at the same time I have experience of working on projects with the entire HCD lifecycle. I am really passionate about gathering new knowledge about people, their mental models and needs. Meanwhile, I really enjoy conceptualising and prototyping. I cannot live without analysing things and thinking how they could be improved. I love getting my head into complex processes, and really enjoy the trouble-shooting and problem-solving that comes with my role.
