o This Business plan has played an important role regarding to the
commencement of “Nice time Cafe & Restaurant”, a casual
Bangladeshi cuisine restaurant. The proposed business plan
forecast approximately TK1,80,00,000 total finance for office
space, launching and subsequent growth of the themed
Bangladeshi Restaurant at Banani, one of big city in Bangladesh
and Located in Dhaka. The 120 seats restaurant will offer a la
Carte meat, fish and vegetarian-based menu for breakfast, lunch

Answer-
o As par system, getting trade license in Bangladesh is not
complicated but due to lack of transparency and corruption it is
almost impossible to get a trade license without bribe. So, if you
know that, the cost of getting a trade license is BDT 2000 and you
are going with a light mind to get your license then I will tell you to
stop and check your money bag for extra lubrication money.
o In accordance with the business law of the Bangladesh, the
certificate, registering name of the business must take from the
Dhaka city corporation.
o As per govt. policy, 6 to 12 months need to take the whole process.
8. This business will government by the owner (proprietorship), since it is a small
business and profit is expected to be fairly enough for one, and the capital of the
business is limited as well. As a result, the owner has to avoid partnership.
The trading name of this business will be given “Nice Time Cafe & Restaurant”.
A survey by the owner through the country has found that there is no restaurant and
other hospitality outlets by the name “Nice Time Cafe & Restaurant”.
Besides, the business required operational permits from the fire-brigade control
inspection, Sanitation inspection, and has to be registered as a legal entity with
Water, Gas and Electricity Authorities.
The demanded Tax by the government on income can be acquired from the provision
of the Dhaka Income Tax Ordinance. For VAT the business has to be registered by
the government of Bangladesh.

o To open we need Employee’s ID ,Copies of photographs, resignation, Basic salary, House rent which is
of 45%, medical facilities which is of 6%, National ID, Accounts Title, Types of account, Nature of
Business, Company address, Account number from which the amount are going to transfer on employee’s
salary account.
o Business Tax Identification number, Articles of Incorporation, Corporate resolution identifying authorized
signature.
The documents required:
o Personal Identification and Professional Licenses, All Employee ID number and registration, Article of
Incorporation and banking resolutions, Expected cash flow figures, Trade licenses, TIN number,
Company Address, Registration number, Certified copies of Memorandum and Articles of Association,
Certificate of registration and also source of fund, etc.
o It may charge annually about 2% to 4% approximately.
For example:
o City Bank- 2.5%, Sonali Bank- 4%, AB bank-3.25%,etc.
14. 6. How will you keep track of your fixed assets?
Asset tracking enables sustained asset performance which allows the output of value
to customers. It also streamlines auditing and improves forecasting, quality control,
etc.
We may track by using standard asset management software for e.g.- Hardcat, A1
Tracker, etc.
For instance: Barcoding restaurant’s assets which integrated barcode labeling
software that makes it easy to design our own asset tags. Using mobile barcode
scanner also helps us quickly locate a specific item by searching assets.
We may use QR (Quick Response) code is the name for two dimensional barcode
system invented in 1994. It hold 100 times more data than 1D barcodes. Its
applications include product tracking, Item identification, time tracking, document
management, and general marketing.
