Daphne Kwon – CEO, co-founder
Daphne Kwon is CEO and co-founder of EXPO Communications.
Previously, Daphne served as Chief Financial Officer of Oxygen Media, Director of
Business Planning at the Disney Cable Networks, and also worked in Walt Disney
Company’s Corporate Strategic Planning. Ms. Kwon was named in the Silicon Alley
Insider Top 100 digital media executives, top 100 “Women in Cable” and “Most
Influential Minorities in Cable” by Cable World magazine, and “Top 40 under 40”
business leader by Crain’s New York Business magazine. Ms. Kwon holds business
degrees from Harvard Business School and the University of Michigan.
Dan Beltramo, CEO, founder
Prior to the acquisition of Vizu by Nielsen, Dan was CEO and co-founder of Vizu
Corporation. Prior to founding Vizu, Dan was Vice President of Marketing at
Instill Corporation. Dan joined Instill from the Clorox Company where he had
spent several years managing various consumer product brands representing over
$500 million in sales including Armor All, Fresh Step, Hidden Valley, Jonny Cat
and KC Masterpiece. Dan started his career as a management consultant for the
LEK Partnership, where he worked with start–ups and global enterprises. Dan
graduated with an undergraduate degree in Decision Analysis from Stanford
University and earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Xavier Casanova – CEO, co-founder
Xavier is a Silicon Valley high-tech entrepreneur, specialized in e-
commerce, video applications and online marketing. He founded web analytics
vendor Fireclick in 1998 (acquired by Digital River), fast media sharing company
Wambo in 2004 and most recently, Liveclicker, a new startup located in Silicon
Valley specialized in video commerce solutions. Xavier holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ecole Polytechnique
(France) and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford
University.
Scott Matthews, CEO
Scott Matthews brings more than 20 years of sales and executive management
experience to his role as CEO. Scott has a proven track record in direct
sales, business development, OEM sales, and distribution channel
management. Most recently, Scott served as a Director of the Eastern Region
for Secure Computing, an industry-leading network security vendor. He
previously worked as Vice President of Sales for both Optum and InterWorld
and held sales management positions with Data Switch, Oracle, Siebel, and
Genesys. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the
Rochester Institute of Technology and a master’s degree from Pace University.
