I hosted the technology workshop for Converge South 2014 and framed the discussion as an update to my State of the Web keynote from 2013. I did a deeper dive into the impact of internet of things, mobile, wearables and other evolving technology trends in terms of their creepy vs. magic factor, both as users and marketers. Personalization, privacy, identity, data ownership, design, context and other considerations are central to this discussion.
