Interests
Step 1: List 6 interests that you have pertaining to your project.
Examples: Product type, money, making positive impact, experimenting, having fun
Step 2: Narrow your interests down to your Top 3, and from there choose your
number 1 interest
Step 3: Compare your interests with the rest of your team. Have each team
member explain why these are their top interests and how it motivates them in the
project. Combine your team’s interests into a collective interest and use this as
your team’s goal for everyone to work towards to achieve.
