What is Twitter? http://www.twitter.com   Twitter is a social networking and micro-blogging service that enables its users to send and read other users' updates (known as tweets), which are text-based posts of up to 160 characters in length. Updates are displayed on the user's profile page and delivered to other users who have signed up to receive them. Tweets = 160 character messages  20 characters for username 140 characters for the message text Fastest growing, hottest social media property  right now Potential to be as big as/bigger than Facebook  and MySpace and even takes on Yahoo and  Google for news. Posting Jobs to Twitter Simply posting your job to twitter, and hoping that they are found by your target audience is NOT an effective way of using Twitter for recruitment.  As with any other medium, recruiters need to target their audience and build a strong recognisable brand. By using adlogic, clients can create custom job feeds and corresponding specialised Twitter profiles for each area that they recruit for.  1 .
