Filoform Cable Duct Seals Filoform Cable Duct Seals provide effective sealing to ducting against gas and water - Filoform cable duct seal kit features a specially formulated expanding polyurethane which cures to a high density closed cell structure, ensuring a water and gas tight seal around cables entering service ducts. FiloSeal+ Re-enterable Cable Duct Sealing System - Filoform FiloSeal+ duct sealing systems are universal solution for sealing cables and pipes in ducts or bore holes. Filoform FiloSeal+ is suitable for sealing several cables or pipes contained in one duct and also allows re-entry of the seal to add or remove cables or pipes as required. Filoseal+ provides watertight and gastight cable duct sealing for 75-200mm diameter cable ducts. Filoform MD11 Cable Duct Sealing System - Filoform MDII cable duct sealing system type has been developed to provide an effective and simple solution gas and watertight cable duct sealing requirements. Seals internally and externally around the outside edge of the duct - suitable for underground cable ducts with a diameter of 40mm up to 200mm and cables or pipes with a diameter up to 160mm. Filoform MDIII Cable Duct Sealing System - Filoform MDIII cable duct sealing systems have been developed to provide effective and simple sealing solution for gas and watertight sealing of cables / pipes in ducts or bore holes. Filoform MDIII cable duct sealing system is extremely flexible and can be installed in ducts vertically and horizontally. Filoform MDIV Cable Duct Sealing System - Filoform MDIV cable duct sealing system type is suitable for quick and easy sealing of empty cable ducts / boreholes where cables or pipes are to be installed at a later date. The sealing system Type MD IV consists of a plug-in coil shaped
part with two foam-plastic flanges and an easy and safe to use
twin pack containing a special expanding polyurethane filler.
This filler is poured in the coil through an opening, after which the
coil needs to be positioned in the borehole (Fig. 1). The
polyurethane filler will expand thus sealing the duct for water and
gas effectively (Fig. 2).

If the duct needs to be utilised at a later date for cables or pipes
then the MD IV can be removed easily by using a saw blade. The
duct can then be re-sealed by using our MDII system.
The sealing system MD IV can also be used for sealing of
vertically positioned ducts (Fig. 3).
Gas and watertight
Sealing system type MD IV has been developed to create
effective gas and watertight sealing of ducts in which cables or
pipes have to be installed at a later date.
