jewellery will undergo multiple
processes.

‐ These jewelleries are unique
and involve a lot of time and
skill.

‐ Except for personalized
jewellery which are

casting machines.

- Starts off with a concept.

- Then it is converted in to a
design by the designers as a
rough sketch.

- The final design is a result of
close cooperation between
designer and craftsman.

- The designer’s concept and
drawings are used by the
Model maker to create the
original piece of Jewellery.

‐ High technology mould once
the master piece is complete

‐ Wax reproductions of the
Jewellery.

‐ Delivering the complete design
sketch to the moulding
section.

‐ Moulders then turns the sketch
into a master mould.

Moulding …

- The wax replicas are placed in
steel containers which are then
occupied with investment
powder.

- then containers are heated in a
chamber to 550°C which
solidifies the powder and melts
the wax leaving behind a
perfect effect.

- Then the Liquefied metal is
poured into the flasks, allowed
Casting … to cool, then demolished to
reveal the jewellery in casting

- Every part must be polished
while the mount is being made.

- The entire mount is carefully
made clean and polished to a
highest degree of smoothness

- All tinctures of the polishing
compounds and 'rouge' must
be meticulously got rid of
either by careful washing by
hand, or by use of supersonic
cleaning baths.

• Decorative stones of the
correct sizes and weight are
cut and made with extreme
preciseness and are then
assorted for the final setting.

• It requires immense patience
and skill to make the master-
model and to produce an
exquisitely casting free from
defects.

over the caster products will be
delivered to the relevant
department

- Then they will pay attention
for bringing smooth and
softness on products.

- These casting products are
going into hand finished.

made in plating, in the jewellery
trade.

- Most plating is done by
electro- deposition.

- Then channelizing the plating
metal from the piece of pure
metal.

- An attention must be paid to
Plating … fabricating and polishing
procedures.

checking department where
each and every piece is
checked with excessive
attention and thoroughly
checked for any defects.

• This process of quality
checking is done by very
experienced workers and all
the defected pieces are
sending back to the respective
departments.

final packaging and labelling.

‐ Only few middleman’s involve

‐ Multi model inbound and
outbound logistic systems are

are used mostly as a marketing
tool which lures customers to
purchase jewellery items.

‐ The designs are displayed
basically on every kind of
media available. Retailer shop
holders are also persisting on a
better customer care service
which would magnetize
Marketing … customers to their respective
shops.
