I've run an outpatient physical therapy clinic since 1996 - I've had 'skin-in-the-game' since 1998 but instead of getting easier this game seems to be getting harder. To hedge my bets I'm making a big investment in Electronic Medical Records. Unfortunately, most of these systems in physical therapy are geared towards revenue "optimization" rather than improved clinical processes or patient outcomes.
