(OTC.BB: SGAE)— President and CEO Edwin Morrow announced today that Siga has completed arenegotiation of its agreement to acquire the Lucky Thirteen Placer, near Hope, BC. Under the new agreement, Siga is acquiring 100 Percent of the Lucky Thirteen Placer Gold project as opposed to 80 percent that the earlier agreement provided. The new agreement is between Siga Resources Inc, and Mr. Peter Osha, the owner of the Lucky Thirteen placer. Siga has agreed to acquire the property and place the project in production. The purchase price is $1.5 Million payable over 4.5 years, and Osha retains a 3% net smelter royalty. The commitment includes an initial approx $400,000 recommended evaluation program, which will commence when weather allows. Company Presentation March, 2011 MANAGEMENT TEAM Edwin Morrow – President and Director Mr. Morrow holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Nevada, Reno, Mackay School of Mines. He has taken post graduate studies in finance and mineral economics. A registered Professional Geologist, Mr. Morrow is a member of the Society for Mineral Exploration, has served on the Boards of Directors of several Associations and companies. Mr. Morrow has worked as an employee or consultant for over 35 years in exploration, development and production of natural resources in multiple commodities. He has held line and executive positions within the mining and minerals industry with Sonoma Quicksilver, Utah International Inc, InterPace Corporation, Federal Bentonite Corporation, Homestake Mining Company, and Zaruma Resources Inc. (Laminco Resources Inc.).He has been instrumental in the successful discovery and construction of several mining properties. His consulting practice includes many years of significant responsibilities in real estate management, planning, entitlement, permitting, engineering and construction management. Robert Malasek– Director and Secretary Treasurer/CFO Mr. Malasek currently serves as a consultant to a variety of clients, including a number of public companies.
