Getting work done
1.  City will prioritize, direct and pay contractors.
    1.  Strict circumstance – own contractor.
2.  Adhere to Enterprise Green Communities Standard.
    1.  HUD CPD Green Building Checklist.
        1.  For those building that can’t meet the Standard.
3.  Raising cost assistance to comply with local code.
4.  No “in-kind” replacement.
5.  No reimbursement for completed work.
