our lives. If one calls life a bed of roses, it is certainly going to have some
thorns.
But, life is not about the challenges, it is about facing them. Stress is a
byproduct of these challenges, and it is of utmost importance to learn how
to manage it. The hassles, deadlines, frustrations, and demands of modern
life have made stress so commonplace that it has become a way of life for
many people.
Stress is nothing but, just but just a feeling of being under pressure which
sometimes is taken by people to be like an albatross around their neck. In
small doses, stress can help people perform under pressure and motivate
them to do their best. But it is not desirable to constantly be in an
emergency mode as the mind and body would have to ultimately pay the
price.

Sometimes it is good to slow down. Just behave like you
have all the time in the world. Enjoy each and every bite
of your food, take time to talk to people, go for a walk
alone, or just sit and wonder about anything while
enjoying nature. Avoid negativity and try to be an
optimist. Try to have “An attitude of Gratitude”. Avoid
multi-tasking in personal life and take the pleasure in
doing one thing at a time. Also do something that you
might not have thought of doing in your whole life and at
least stick to it for a fortnight. Try to win but don’t forget
to enjoy participation.

One of the major reasons of stress is having needless and
unproductive stuff lined up in your daily life. It is very essential
that you scrap off some useless stuff from your life. Avoiding
non-essential meetings and people (You will have to learn to
say ‘No’). This in turn will help you to keep your energy levels
high. This is very important because many a time stress is
caused due to fatigue. Other benefit will be that you won’t be
late. So there would be no rush to get ready or to reach the
place or to get stressed about how you look. Having some
time in your pocket would also make driving easier. But you
can only do that stuff when you know that you don’t have to
go through pointless but still tiring work.
8. 4. Simple Daily Stress busters
a. Eating a balanced diet.
b. Exercise, Yoga and Meditation
c. Laugh (Go to Comedy shows or surf YouTube but just Laugh)
d. Sleep well (8 Hours if possible)
e. Avoid smoking, drinking or drugs.
f. Listen Music
g. Have a Backup plan
h. Balanced Work & Life
