3. So the Movie poster works together with the concept of the film and not the story. This is
the concept of just having a good time and being visually as amazing as possible
We got some early audience
feedback on our poster, because we
posted it on Facebook.
4. The movie review of our
short film was written by
my team partner Ivan. His
approach was to stick to
the regular conventions
of a real media product.
So he started his research
with looking at movie
reviews online on
IMDb.com. The regular
structure of a review
starts out with the cast
and a basic synopsis of
the plot, without giving away any spoilers. The next part is to actually review the film
based on narrative, acting and visuals. Ivan has followed all this steps and garnished the
page with screenshots of the actual film. He also added the small parts of the magazine
like page number, thumbnails and a reviewing system (For example: 5 stars out of 5).
5. The ancillary tasks and our main product
work together in the way that, we took a
realistic and high standard approach with
the entire task, which ties them all
together. Every film is marketed through
posters, reviews and trailers.
