The "Second Semester Roadshow" organized by Exco Information and Publications
Committee, Leadership and Student Development, Student Residential Hall (DPP) Bank
Muamalat was held on 24 & 25 February 2013 at Dewan Mawar, DPP Bank Muamalat
Universiti Utara Malaysia. This program is held for meeting between management team and
new team Student Development and Leadership Committee of DPP with students and foster
better relationship.
This program is the first program Exco information and publications, DPP Bank Muamalat in
2013. This activity was accompanied by DPP Bank Muamalat student.
This programme started at 9.00 where all student gathered at Dewan Mawar and conducted
registration session. At 9.15 pm, attendance management and JKPS DPP Bank Muamalat and
next, the program started with a new line-JKPS, RA and Head Block and describes the
activities undertaken during this semester. Program expired at 11.00 pm.

1.0 PURPOSE
This paper is presented for consideration and approval of Dr.SahadahBinti Haji
Abdullah, Principal of DPP Bank Muamalatfor this programme “ Second Semester
Roadshow,Session 2012/2013which will be conducted by the Information And
Publication Exco OfBankMuamalat Student Residential Hall
2.0 BACKGROUD
This roadshow is held to introduce the management team DPP Bank Muamalat and a
new committee has appointed to the student. In addition, this roadshowwill also give
benefit the student to address any problems or suggestions in improving the activities
undertaken.
3.0 OBJECTIVE

3.1 Meeting between the management team and new team Student Development And
Leadership Committee of DPP with students.
3.2 Foster better relationships between management teams DPP Muamalat, the JKPS and
undergraduate students.

8.0 STRENGTH PROGRAM
Having studied and analyzed, there are strengths throughout their program should be
preserved for the future. Among them are:
8.1 Getting encourage participation from all members of the DPP Bank
Transactions.
8.2 Successfully achieving some initial objectives as planned because
filling a very rewarding and very satisfying collaboration of all committee members.
9.0 WEAKNESS
Although there is strength during the program, but there are also some weaknesses in this
and need to be improved. Among them are:
9.1 There are a number of technical problems such as lack of skills in the installation of
paraphernalia such as LCD.
10.0 PROPOSAL
Among the suggestions to solve the problems faced during their program are:
10.1 The Committee to monitor the implementation of programs more frequently so
that any changes can be discovered and enable them to learn new skills quickly and
PA System.

10. CONCLUSION
This program is an effort Exco Information and Publications DPP Bank Muamalat to
introduce a line of student leadership committee DPP Bank Muamalat newly elected to the
student to be able to cooperate during the committee has activities for the residents DPP Bank
Muamalat. Additionally, this program will strengthen friendship between leaders and students
in the DPP Bank Muamalat.
