1. HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT OVER 40
Greetings reader, ha well we all know this one, well those of
us who have been blessed to see it , as I am. But with forty
comes so many saying like,
● Life begins at forty
● Forty is the new 30
● Gracing forty
● Ahh so this is forty.
But no matter how we seem to put it or how much we hear
about that 40, we can feel changes that we have never felt.
One of the most important I learnt at 40 is that you have to
stop being anxious. By this I mean and you may relate that
everything will fall into place at the appointed time. At forty is
when I worry less and just let it be. Though i have not seen it
all and wonders never cease to exist I have a more calming
outlook on life.
Over 40 builds confidence, a feeling of achievement for most.
I feel like you can now begin to live. At forty if you started
2. early then your child bearing years are over so your children
are practically independent. Then if you decide to start at
forty believe me this was the best time for me. You would
have worked an accomplished more out of life by then (for
most of us though) so then you can better provide for a
family.
Oh let me not forget those forty’s blues as I call them. Those
hormones that were hiding suddenly show up one day.
Ready or not. The physical, emotional and mental changes
that we go through. Oh did I mention hormones?? Oh of
course I did. There is no escaping this one. For me I find
myself more sexual horny most of the time but not so for all
as everyone is different. And controlling my weight is an
issue.
Remember when you could have eaten everything and still fit
into anything, ahhh those days wished they could have
stayed. Now for me I just see the food and I gain weight.
This however, has not been an issue for me since I have
become more self aware over the years. Losing weight at any
age is hard, especially if you are always on the move. You
need to find ways to fit health and fitness into your schedule
as best you can, always, there is only one you.
Find ways to spend time with yourself to rejuvenate
whenever you can. Stay fit and healthy to live the rest of your
life beautiful, finding groups with like minds is a great help.
3. Keep your weight under control to live more comfortably,
free from diabetes, hypertension etc, take your vitamins and
