Innovation happens when existing patterns are changed. Innovation can
be important or minor. True innovation is when 3 main elements are
disrupted at the same time:
• Functionalities
• Design
• Processes

Develop products that change people’s lives.

4. Disrupt: design
Create an experience that customers will
enjoy. The experience should be so
seamless that it should not even be noticed.

5. Disrupt: processes
Try, change, accelerate, reorganize, challenge. Set a
new goal everyday to get closer and closer to the
final target.

8. Be passionate
“Passion is what drives you. It is what makes
you continue every day. You carry your project
with your heart and not because you have to.”

9. Never loose track
of your goal
“You might be shacked, you might be
frustrated but you have one goal and this is
the one you should reach no matter what it
takes.’’

10. Push the limits
everyday
“There is no such thing as limits. There is always a
solution to bypass barriers. The limits of today
will not be the ones of tomorrow.’’

“Challenge everything, everyone every day and
especially yourself.’’

12. Never give up
“Whatever happens never give up. Challenges will
be there everyday. Managing them will make you go
where you want, giving up will just make you feel
bad.’’

“Listen to everybody and everything. The more
you listen, the better your decisions will be.’’

“Learn from everything. Be a sponge.
You can learn everywhere. Absorb and
translate. This is what will make who you
are.’’

“Success and failure go together. A
