What re the signifiers of belonging? Can you exact influence? Can you be influenced? Are your needs being met? Are you getting what you needed when you joined? Are the needs of the group being met - and what is your role in that? Shared emotional connection - frequency and quality of interactions.
Using those elements you can come up with this definition of community. So why community management?? What are we going to focus on today?
