STATEMENT REGARDING USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS
Remember a Picture is worth a thousand words! Photos are a great way of sharing what
happened at your cleanup with the rest of the world. We would love to have photographs of
your cleanup, including people in action, different or odd types of debris found, group
photos, before and after shots, illustrations of the sources of debris and individual candid
pictures, etc. Photos will be used in written publications, presentations, on The Ocean
Conservancy website, and to send to the media.
If you send digital or scanned prints, a resolution of 300 dpi or higher is preferable for print
