The usual life span in my Ummah is between 60
& 70 years, and only a few pass this age.

Common health problems that accompany old
age:
Deteriorating vision
Hearingloss
Weakness of bones
Memory loss
5. Build the foundation now!
Take advantage of 5 things before 5 others happen:
Your youth before your old age!

6. Stand up & Pray
Stand up, O young people, and continue to pray
throughout the years of your youth (so that you will
have become accustomed to worship in your old age)

7. Under the Shade
“Allah will give shade to seven on the Day when there
will be no shade but His…”
One of those seven are:
a youth who has been brought up in the worship of Allah (i.e.
worships Allah sincerely from childhood)

8. Time for enjoyment is in the Akhirah
They will say: "Praise be to Allah, Who has truly fulfilled His Promise to us,
and has given us (this) land in heritage: We can dwell in the Garden as we
will: how excellent a reward for those who work (righteousness)!”
Az-Zumar: 74
9. To Do List
Start with the basics: make it a point to pray 5 times
each day
Join the gatherings of knowledge, even if just once a
week
Choose good company who will encourage you in
worshipping Allah
10. Conclusion
1. Don’t wait till you’re old to start worshipping Allah.
2. Start now when you’re young, so that it is easy for
you to continue to do so in your old age
3. Reap the benefits of obeying Allah during your
youth in the Akhirah.
