MOTIVATION REFERS TO THE INITIATION, INTENSITY, DIRECTION & PERSISTENCE  OF BEHAVIOUR

HOW DO WE GET THE OTHER PERSONS TO DO  WHAT WE WANT THEM TO DO MUCH MORE WILLINGLY  AND  ALWAYS IN A BETTER WAY ?
