Working in innovative solutions focused on user experience, usability and service design. I've worked using tools such as card sorting, usability testing, heuristic analysis, research, service blueprint, among others, for large clients such as BRF, Mondeléz (former Kraft Foods), Grupo Segurador BB e MAPFRE (Insurance company), Sonda IT (IT services), Itaú (Bank), Samsung and others.
In 2013 I presented a study entitled "Analysis of usability in e-commerce sites for mobile devices" that I conducted in partnership with other specialist in User Experience, on the ISA 2013 (Interaction South America 2013) event.
