In that context, this paper aim to indicate the relationship between organizational structure and culture, different approaches to management and leadership, how to apply motivational theories in business and mechanisms for developing effective teamwork in organizations in theories aspects as well as its implication on a Bella’s which is a full service day spa and hair salon featuring a wide variety of spa treatments in the southern United States. CRITICAL ASSESSMENT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND CULTURE APPROACHES TO MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP MOTIVATIONAL THEORIES IN ORGANIZATIONS MECHANISMS FOR DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE TEAMWORK CONCLUSION Knowledge of organization behavior could enable managers to explain and predict human behavior in their firms and manage it efficiently. With indicating theory related to organizational structure and culture, management and leadership, motivational theories, teamwork, this paper aims to give reader a general view and basic knowledge on organizational behavior. Besides, with the application to the Bella’s case, this assignment also wants to point out practical benefits of these theories in the real business.
