As part of its mission, the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants performs research in various areas.
In September 2012, it released its Outlook Index, which
compiled the responses of over 1,300 certified public
accountants, chief financial officers, and controllers on
how they view the state of the US economy. The group
also hired Harris Interactive to investigate allowance
allotments in the United States. Its August report
revealed that children acquire $780 a year in allowance
on average, and the median price for an A on a report
card is $16.60.

from Valdosta State University, Wanda Hill holds
accreditation as a Certified Public Accountant for the
State of Georgia and belongs to the American
Institute of Certified Accountants. Professionally,
