Lose Weight Fast By Eating Only Watermelon . A 
Healthy Way To Lose. 
Are you a binge eater, or big night eater? If so, you know how difficult the weight loss process can 
be. Instead of trying to work against your eating tendencies, the next time you embark upon a 
weight loss journey try working with them by using intermittent fasting. 
With those who have a very low rate of metabolism, the rate of loss from the outset of the fast is 
slow—at times even disappointingly so. Let me reiterate once more, any fasting of more than a 
few days should be done only under experienced supervision. In all cases where there is any organic 
defect or chronic ailment, such as heart disease or blood deficiency, even the shortest fast should be 
supervised. Again let me say there is no essential danger in fasting but one must be properly 
safeguarded against any danger from hidden conditions that might reveal themselves when no food 
is taken. 
It is my opinion, that the information being put out on intermittent fasting, suffers from experts who 
are primarily role models and researchers and lack results getter credentials. This is not always a 
bad thing. Many of these experts are brilliant and have helped loads of people understand how this 
dietary strategy can be used. But without the input of the results getter, fasting is becoming another 
protocol that over-reaches and exaggerates is usefulness. It is not a tool for everyone, and I am using 
my results getter credentials in this blog to illuminate the less talked about side of fasting. 
Are these expressions typical? Hardly. Fasting is not always the pleasant experience these women 
found it to be, but it is rarely disagreeable enough to justify discontinuing it until one's goal has been 
attained. And it is frequently a far more pleasurable experience than many people have in their daily 
eating habits. In many conditions of life, every meal is followed by discomforts and even actual pain. 
In these states, the fast is often such a relief that it becomes a joy.
Since zero calories are ingested during a fast, men can create a daily deficit of up to 2.500 calories 
and women up to 2.000 calories (once they enter full ketosis). A pound of fat is estimated to contain 
3.500 calories, which means that in a best case scenario men can lose up to 0.71 pounds (324 
grams) and women up to 0.57 pounds (259 grams) of body fat per day. Remember that the 
calculation above is not based on exact numbers, but rather on what is best described as

Hmm, notice anything? All those mechanisms dealt with fat burning specifically. While there may be 
some weirdo out there who's interested in reducing bone mineral density and muscle mass while 
maintaining fat tissue, I would wager that what most people mean by “weight loss” is 
“fat mass loss.” From the stuff I just linked, it looks like fasting burns fat, rather than 
just weight. But what about Conventional Wisdom which claims that fasting increases muscle 
wasting – maybe because your body will totally recognize the lethal nature of all that 
arterycloggingsaturated animal fat and choose to break down muscle instead? Is it true?
