The thickness of the 7 ply plywood panel also
means you can install it as a structural subfloor.
Yes. The same labor used to install a subfloor can
be used to install Warmboard-S. As the panels are
installed, the modular channel pattern
automatically produces the tubing layout, a
process that takes much more time with other
radiant systems.
Roll out the ½” PEX Aluminum PEX tubing into the stamped pattern and attach to the
hydronic circuit. This smooth process saves you money throughout your construction
process.

to better assist our customers and offer
complete Heat Loss and Mechanical designs.
Our engineered drawings will professionally
specify and size all mechanical and electrical
components needed for a complete Warmboard
radiant heat system – all for a very reasonable
fee.
Panel, tubing and manifold shop drawings are
included with the purchase of Warmboard.
Heat Loss and Mechanical Designs are treated
separately.
Warmboard designs include a room-by-room heat loss analysis. All data modeled is provided
from your architectural plans and weather history from your geographical location. Heating
requirements for individual rooms are included. This information is necessary to size the
boiler and confirm that each room will have adequate heat on the coldest night of the year.
