Micro learning and mobile technology are enabling new training approaches. Mobile learning is on the rise as the number of smartphones grows. This allows training to be delivered in small, bite-sized chunks through micro learning. The Real Estate Institute (RICS) implemented a mobile-friendly learning platform to provide their professional members with flexible online training options to meet continuing professional development requirements in a way that fits with modern lifestyles.
