EPIPHANY BOUTIQUE TO JOIN WEST 7TH DEVELOPMENT
FORT WORTH, Texas (October 3, 2013) – Cypress Equities companies*, the developers of
West 7th, announced today that Epiphany Boutique has signed a lease to occupy space at the
vibrant mixed-use development located at the intersection of West Seventh Street and
University Drive.
Epiphany Boutique will open a 1,463-sqare-foot location at 2956 Crockett Street beside
Climate by CD Ski & Sports. Epiphany is a unique lifestyle boutique that showcases an eclectic
mix of apparel and accessories for men and women, plus handmade jewelry, shoes, college
tees and a wide selection of stylish hats. The atmosphere combines the best of vintage Parisian
boutiques blended with a laid-back, cool West Coast flair.
Owner Sherry Andrus operates two other locations, Epiphany Boutique for Women and
Epiphany for Men in Dallas’ trendy Bishop Arts District. The business name, Epiphany, was
chosen because the word has no synonyms or other meanings; rather it is a feeling or emotion
that comes with a sudden realization of the essence of something. It is an intuitive perception -
a metaphor that beautifully describes the business and its location.
Epiphany Boutique is slated to open at West 7th in early October 2013.
Perren Gasc of Centennial Retail Services represented the landlord, while the tenant was self-
represented throughout lease negotiations.
