Daily Standup Meeting:
Definition
Daily team-meetings to make commitments to [fellow] team
members. The daily commitments allows participants to know
about potential challenges as well as to coordinate efforts
to resolve difficult and/or time-consuming issues.

Standup is intentional so as to keep the meetings short.

□ Daily meeting, timeboxed to maximum duration of15-minute
□ Same time, same place every day
□ No tardiness [one minute late is also late]

⊡ Why?- To create a plan for next 24 hours and list any impediments if any
