About
I work as a Program manager and facilitate dialogues about how work "should be done here". Curiosity about how to help leaders and managers connect people to the core purpose drives my business focus. I train and coach leaders, managers, employees and organizations around the world in problem solving, continuous improvement, human error management and human performance improvement, to better shine in their missions.
The past defines the present, just as the present defines the future. Everything is linked to causality principles, at the core of problem solving. Anyway, life has no rulebooks, just real world experience.
