Conclusion:
By keeping analyzing Ufone, we group
members agree that ufone is not a
safe player in the market. It is
penetrating its market by taking risks
aggressively promoting and
advertising itself. It holds second
largest market share and is seeking to
become the largest market leader
anyway possible
Recommendations:
The first thing that UFONE should do is that it should make a formal
strategy and try to capture more of the corporate world such as the
leading multinationals Co
Secondly Ufone should focus more on its own advertisements rather than
leg pulling of its customers.
Thirdly Ufone sometimes goes too far to attract customers which may be
unacceptable to the local culture
The last but not the least, Ufone should be aware of its competitor moves
and their value added activities
"We wish a very best of luck to Ufone.
May it progress in this field and achieve its desired
goals"

  • 32. Recommendations: The first thing that UFONE should do is that it should make a formal strategy and try to capture more of the corporate world such as the leading multinationals Co Secondly Ufone should focus more on its own advertisements rather than leg pulling of its customers. Thirdly Ufone sometimes goes too far to attract customers which may be unacceptable to the local culture The last but not the least, Ufone should be aware of its competitor moves and their value added activities "We wish a very best of luck to Ufone. May it progress in this field and achieve its desired goals"
