• Responsible for O&M of Charging Syetem Nodes 4.0 nodes (SDP, AIR, VS, MINSAT, DWS, VXML-IVR, LCM, RFG, DNS, HXC, CCN, MVPN) for Etisalat UAE. • Regular health checks and analyze traffic, logs and performance of IN Nodes to ensure smooth running of the system • Co-operation and Co-ordination with other department and Ericsson support channel for problem escalation and necessary follow-up. • Subscriber complain solving analyzing report tools and other sources like CDR, CRS, MINSAT, customize reporting tool and SDP Business Configurations. • Develop shell scripts for customize reporting, performance counter report.
