I'm an experienced User Experience Designer and Product Lead, interested in the intersection of user centred design, behaviour change, and data. I love learning about new business areas or market segments and how technology can be used to solve real problems. More recently I have found myself going into Product Lead roles (whether they were called that or not) and enjoying the challenges of engaging the whole team on delivering a great user experience that solve user and business needs in iterative steps.
I love challenges with the greater good in mind, and have been humbled and amazed by the challenges in the public sector that I’ve worked on at FutureGov.
