Having graduated in botany, zoology, microbiology and mathematics in Tübingen, with an interdisciplinary Ph.D. in biodiversity informatics from Bayreuth, I have specialized in interdisciplinary research between biodiversity and informatics. I am especially interested in topics that promise to reduce the present destruction of genetic resources and biodiversity through unsustainable human activities.
